The Ajay Hasia case by J PNB gave so far best guidelines about definition of State..now if Hindustan Aeronautics Limited said in their rejoinder in the Bibillical Case of Rights..that they are not State but Private Company..this statement is punishable by Contempt of Court Law..
If the Lucknow High Court so agrees with them those Zuzzezz too do misconduct under Contempt Law..
You see..HAL has right to keep mum..but can not deny that it is not State..did any Zuz gottacha ani thi thing kya..or ZzZzzZzzz ?
