SC Judges can do prospective overruling..but only after stating reasons..and the Overruling Bench as well as the Reason ottabe larger..
But not only all this was transgressed..when Arun Shourie raised this point..by some Undergrond Arrangement he was kicked in bum and tum..yes twice did Goenka humiliate him..
